Nicola Restaurant is a project of executive chef Nicola Allegretta after creating a few concepts like Mama's Meatball and Mistura Restaurants in San Luis Obispo chef Nicola decided to open this concept in homage to the Bachiche" in Peru refers to the fusion cuisine resulting from the blending of Italian and Peruvian culinary traditions. It's a term used to describe dishes that incorporate Italian ingredients and techniques into Peruvian dishes, or vice versa. This culinary style emerged after Italian immigrants arrived in Peru, particularly from Genoa, starting in the mid-19th century. , here you can find all the new trends in the Italian & Peruvian Cuisine and all the classic dish as well.
